Apply today!Job DetailsUnder the general direction of the AoR account lead and on behalf of clients, this active, hands-on role maintains and grows strong client relationships with assigned brands, leads product payer strategy development, drives innovative managed markets initiatives, and leads internal teams to ensure the quality of deliverables and interactions with assigned clients. Ensures projects are successfully completed at a very high level, both on time and budget for assigned clients. Qualified candidates will possess strong leadership, critical thinking, and client management skills. This individual must also be able to lead in a matrixed, team-oriented environment where all team members take responsibility for the quality and validity of deliverables from project initiation through completion. This role requires biopharmaceutical market access experience (client or consulting side) . Depending on the candidate's experience, this role may be filled at Assistant or Associate Director level; roles and responsibilities will adjust accordingly.Responsibilities:Providing leadership and serving as primary contact for assigned clients through project execution and delivery. By delivering at the highest quality, you will help to grow our existing business and identify new opportunitiesPartnering with overall Cencora counterparts (ION, Lash, etc.) to identify, develop, and pull-through new business opportunities in assigned accountsLeading client capabilities presentations, identifying and proposing staffing for new business opportunitiesTraining and developing internal staff as needed, serving as an active leader and mentor to immediate team and other associates at CencoraInterfacing with clients developing relationships, while providing on-going strategic insights and direction during client meetings and through development of deliverablesProviding clear guidance and managing client expectations as well as internal team directionMaintaining an onsite presence with client as needed to effectively manage account, develop relationships, and lead associated projectsWorking collaboratively with market research, reimbursement, creative, health outcomes/scientific, and global teams to leverage Cencora's broad expertiseEnsuring team is staffed appropriately to accomplish objectives within budget allocatedDesigning, implementing and delivering on a variety of project @types, including but not limited to:Commercialization and market access strategy developmentHealthcare trend identification and impact analyses across the product lifecycleGlobal payer/HTA market researchBrand planning engagementsValue proposition creation (for client products to payers and providers)Message testing/payer market researchField force tools development and training (i.e., account manager tool kits)Account executive sales aids (both payer and provider)
