Organizes, manages and carries out administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Responsibilities Processing customer email requests to support the payment application and customer accounts Maintain high degree of quality control and validation of the completed work Ensure operating and quality standards are met based on service levels Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent Typically, 0 to 1 year of experience in data processing, document management, & customer engagement Ability to operate computer workstation hardware and software Physical Requirements: Generally spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen Generally spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body Compensation: The starting base pay rate for this position is: $17.00 .
