Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor. Provide exceptional service by understanding and fulfilling customer needs and preferences.

Food Preparation: Prepare a variety of menu items following established procedures and recipes, ensuring high-quality and consistent products. This includes making our famous soft-serve cones, Blizzards, burgers, and other menu offerings.

Order Accuracy: Accurately take and fulfill customer orders while paying attention to detail to ensure all orders meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, handle transactions efficiently, and maintain responsibility for cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.

Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This includes tasks such as cleaning equipment, floors, counters, and ensuring all areas adhere to health and safety standards.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about menu items, promotions, and special offers. Provide customers with information and recommendations as needed.

Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.

Customer Focus: A passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities with ease.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and fulfillment.

Reliability and Flexibility: Dependable and punctual with the ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the restaurant, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
