The State of Minnesota is committed to equity and inclusion, and invests in employees by providing benefits, support resources, and training and development opportunities.
The Attorney General's Consumer Protection efforts serve all Minnesota consumers; however, a significant portion of the Office's investigations and enforcement actions focus on unlawful business practices that disproportionately impact individuals with limited means, seniors, students, children and youth, and immigrant communities. Leading efforts to advocate for and protect the privacy rights of Minnesota residents
Providing legal advice and overseeing enforcement of state and federal privacy laws, including Minnesota consumer protection statutes
