Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Senior Director of Operations and Director of HR. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements and file expense reports

Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Document Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

HR Assistance: Support HR-related tasks such as onboarding, employee communications, and maintaining personnel records.

Operations Coordination: Assist with project management and office logistics.

Meeting Preparation: Organize agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in HR or Operations is a plus.
