Virtual role- must be based on the East Coast *

Our Sr. Talent Supply Chain Consultant is accountable for:

Performing consultation call with hiring managers to assess needs and best sourcing strategies to ensure acquisition of the best talent

Proactively identify service delivery issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions.

Act as a liaison with Suppliers to resolve daily operational issues. Escalate as appropriate.

Work closely with Operations Director to manage day-to-day with TSCC team.

Represent Kelly on local and global projects (e.g., Supplier Summits, Client Facing Projects, Team/Supplier/Hiring Manager Trainings, MRAs, etc.)

Lead team meetings

Ensure all program SLAs (service level agreement) are met

Essential Skills:

3-5 years recruiting, MSP/Vendor Management experience or staffing experience.

A strong understanding of vendor management tools. (Fieldglass preferred)

Demonstrated ability to review, shortlist, and schedule interviews for the hiring managers.

Capability to manage suppliers through excellent communication and customer services skills.

Strong presentation skills - both preparing decks and presenting internally, identifying trends/data story and present solutions/process improvements

Technology savvy, Google Suite, PowerBI, MS Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

Position is Virtual- must be located on the East Coast and open to travel as needed.

Total compensation package and benefits commensurate with the position.
