Description

We are looking for a skilled and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance warehouse operations in Miami, Florida. This role involves driving efficiency, optimizing layouts, and improving workflows to meet the organization's operational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, manufacturing, and data-driven optimization strategies.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement efficient warehouse layouts to optimize space utilization and streamline workflows.

Analyze existing warehouse operations to identify bottlenecks and recommend actionable improvements.

Partner with teams across logistics, operations, and IT to develop and execute warehouse optimization projects.

Use data analysis and engineering tools to improve key performance metrics such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and throughput.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for warehouse layouts, processes, and improvement initiatives.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for further enhancement.

Lead cost optimization efforts to improve overall operational efficiency.

Oversee project management initiatives related to warehouse process improvements and layout designs.

Leverage tools like AutoCAD to develop and visualize warehouse design solutions.

Collaborate with wholesale distribution teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience in logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain management.

Strong knowledge of cost optimization and process improvement strategies.

Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD for warehouse layout design.

Expertise in analyzing and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Experience with optimization strategies for operations and inventory management.

Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.

Degree: Supply chain, Engineering, Logistics or certificates ISO9000, Six Sigma, etc
