Position Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will ensure the consistent flow of daily operations related to product purchasing and inventory. Maintain the forecasting process for all goods. Responsible for documentation and procedures in compliance with company and ISO standards. Oversee warehouse personnel and facilities. Plan, coordinate, and control the procurement of all inventory products. Ensure adequate product availability to optimize customer satisfaction while maintaining minimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for all finished goods and parts and accessories purchases for all product lines
Coordinate purchasing, including documentation for approval, ensuring efficient and lean process flow.
Provide management with recommendations for process improvements and cost reductions in the purchasing cycle, and execute all inventory product purchases.
Lead Import Compliance, ensuring business unit adherence to policies, driving initiatives for compliance improvement and coordinate all imports associated with MMLAC, including product returns.
Provide reports and guidance on obsolete inventory items and recommend reductions to management as per guidelines.
Develop metric reporting systems to evaluate inventory performance for export business and branch operations.
Participate in monthly bridge meetings with worldwide inventory management.
Reconcile slow-moving and obsolete inventory (SLOB). Review and manage obsolete reserves, reconciling monthly for reductions or increases.
Coordinate cycle counts and 100% physical inventories.
Serve as Oracle Super User and liaison with FDL for MMLAC Purchasing, Inventory, Items, and all future Oracle waves for Latin America.
Manage creation and maintenance of new suppliers, sourcing rules, supplier evaluations, records retention, reconciliations, and invoice payments for all inventory purchased items.
Oversee pricing responsibilities for MMLAC, ensuring timely and accurate revision of price lists for outboards at the Miramar branch.
Responsible for warehouse and facilities personnel and inventory, including safety and security issues.
Ensure compliance with ISO and SOX processes related to the Operations department.
Manage demand planning, analysis, and forecasting for Latin America and the Caribbean.
Coordinate administrative subjects and reception

Required Qualifications:
Thorough knowledge of quality standards, company policies and safety requirements.
Excellent project management skills.
Thorough knowledge of state, federal and international import/export laws.
Knowledge of Microsoft based applications.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
BS degree in related field, or 5+ yrs work experience in procurement/operations.
Spanish is highly desirable.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $84,500 to $136,100 USD annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business @context.
