Sr. Legal Administrative Assistant

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sr. Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kennesaw, Georgia. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will provide essential support to the deputy legal counsel by managing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling legal documentation. This role requires a proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our legal department.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the deputy legal counsel, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Coordinate and organize travel arrangements for attorneys, ensuring all details are accurately handled.

Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents, contracts, and other essential records.

Facilitate the signing and processing of documents through platforms like DocuSign.

Assist with organizing meetings and conferences, including preparing agendas and compiling necessary materials.

Maintain office filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible and well-organized.

Collaborate with the General Counsel's Executive Assistant to ensure seamless communication and task management.

Support expense reporting and reimbursement processes using tools like Concur.

Serve as a notary public to assist with document authentication as needed. Requirements

Must have previous experience supporting C-Suite, or Partner level attorneys.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, and Concur.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with contract management and legal documentation processes.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Notary public certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
