Description Kimberly-Clark is looking for an ambitious, self-driven and
talented individual to be responsible for driving Alternative Fibers &
Sustainable Technology innovation, strategy development and deployment
across multiple enterprise technologies. It will ensure manufacturing
technology and processes are shared on a global scale by connecting
sectors, platforms and assets together as well as research new
technology opportunities and optimize business value across the Supply
Chain enterprise. It will support complex technical problem solving by
leveraging process/operational knowledge and exceptional technical
expertise. In this role, you will: Develop, execute, communicate and
maintain global manufacturing strategies for Alternative Fibers and
Sustainable Technologies. Drive asset strategies/roadmaps that support
innovation pathways and ensure resiliency of the supply chain through
differentiated manufacturing & process solutions Research, Identify
and Develop new Alternative Fiber and Sustainability manufacturing
process and technology opportunities for new and existing products &
processes. Lead the development of strategy and disruptive technologies
in the area of sustainable fibers, extraction processing and auxiliary
technologies. Accountable to initiate capital, capacity and cost
impact for new technology or processes to optimize the enterprise value
streams and analyze & integrate new business opportunities E2E.
Identify and integrate automation & digital transformation of
manufacturing processes to enhance agility, speed, productivity, and
eco-efficiency across all product lines Bring the outside in to
integrate competitive technology insights, market trends and benchmarks
into manufacturing advancements Define and monitor KPIs to measure
the effectiveness of the sector VS, including metrics related to cost,
quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction Champion sustainable
manufacturing practices and oversee the implementation of eco-friendly
technologies and processes Develop Best Practices and transition them
to digital platforms in alignment with Digital Transformation

check. Salary Range: \$158,000 - \$195,000 USD At Kimberly-Clark, pay is
just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a

with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a
comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing
plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for
a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such
as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that
the stated pay range applies to US locations only. Veterans and members

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: To succeed in this role, you will need
the following qualifications: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in
Engineering, Business, or a related field, with a focus on manufacturing
or technology. 10+ years of experience in pulping, fiber and
extraction processing technologies and proven track record of innovating
and solving product/process/asset improvements. Experience in the
full cycle of innovation programs, from front end innovation to process
optimization. Demonstrated ability of strategic thinking, utilizing a
growth mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with
proficiency in data-driven decision-making and knowledge in key
financial metrics Proficient in digital manufacturing technologies
and data analytics tools. Effective, consistent global communications
and stakeholder management skills Global operations experience,
including familiarity with international manufacturing and supply chain
practices Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous
improvement methodologies Willingness to travel for on-site
assessments and collaboration with segments and sectors globally
Preferred Qualifications Experience in fiber & pulping technologies
including processing, handling and packaging Experience with
extraction techniques, such as screw press processing, and associated
handling and packaging. Experience creating and executing
Manufacturing Strategies including, but not limited to, Value Stream,
Design for Value, Supplier Relationship Management and
Technology/Innovation Roadmaps Experience and interest with
Automation and AI/ML technologies and approaches for supply chain
processes as well as predictive maintenance programs **
