The expected annual salary range for this role is $108749.97 - $159499.96 a year.

Job Description:
As a Software Engineer , your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining manufacturing applications, as well as integrating AI/ML solutions. You will be tasked with implementing robust data transformation workflows to ensure high performance and scalability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate on setting best practices for data integration, security, and governance in Palantir based manufacturing applications.
Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain manufacturing applications, and integration solutions.
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using various programming languages and frameworks.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
Monitoring and optimizing software performance to ensure it meets user expectations.
Collaborate on setting best practices for data management, security, and governance in Palantir environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Palantir data platforms and systems.
Support and maintain the full lifecycle of Palantir's data tools and related services.
Ensure compliance with data protection protocols.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, and evaluate their potential applications
Develop testing and validation strategies to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and safety of Generative AI models in production.
The ability to anticipate business needs and provide development direction / prioritization to non-technical users

Qualifications:
Basic Qualification:
o Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
o Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
o Minimum of 3 year's experience with artificial intelligence data science, machine learning engineering, or data analytics.
o Minimum of 3 years experience with implementing, testing, and fielding automation artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions.
o Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
o Ability to work independently and have knowledge of all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle.
o Good team player, self-motivating, and committed with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar.
o Familiarity with the latest Generative AI models, including a general understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.
o Good understanding of Data Integration technologies.
o Good understanding of API-First architecture.
o Experience with Agile and DevOps processes.
o Must be able to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs.
o Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
o Must be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
o Prior experience working with Manufacturing applications is an added advantage
