Description:

Our client is seeking a UI Architect to collaborate with stakeholders, other architects, creative staff and developers to conceptualize and create Angular SPA applications to meet business needs. Some days will be spent heads-down coding on deliverables; other days they may find themselves teaching others how to accomplish a given goal.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $72 - $95/ hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, creative staff, and developers to conceptualize and create Angular Single Page Applications (SPAs) to meet business needs.

Develop and maintain high-quality code for deliverables.

Serve as a subject matter expert for UI development, excluding graphic or user experience design.

Mentor and guide team members in achieving project goals.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Experience Requirements:

Must-haves:

10+ years of experience building user interfaces with modern web development stacks

At least 3-5 years building SPAs with Angular

In-depth knowledge of: NgRX, RxJS, HTML5, CSS3 / Sass, Git, JavaScript and TypeScript

Strong Object Oriented and Component-Based design knowledge

Understands RESTful service consumption

Experience handling projects from concept to completion

Nice-to-haves:

Full-stack development experience with Node.js

Experience creating Angular libraries for consumption by other teams

Experience leading / managing other developers

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
