The Space Launch and Missile Defense Systems (LMDS)is currently seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator 3 , to join our team onsite at our Promontory, UT facility. As a Material Handler your responsibilities are:

Ensure that incoming items are in good condition and match the paperwork.

Scan or input data into the ERP System.

Ability to work a will call counter.

Use narrow isle forklift, automated picker, and man-lift to handle parts.

Assemble materials into kits, clean respirators and perform inventories.

Prepare items for shipment on/off plant.

Data input into and ERP system, tracking, locating, and issuing materials to manufacturing orders.

Skills & Qualifications for Success:

Proven ability to work well with others.

Willing to think outside the box to find ways to improve our work process - Good written and oral communication skills.

Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel

Proven work ethic

Basic Qualifications:

High School Degree required

4 or more years working in receiving, warehousing, or shipping.

Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical work for 10 hours.

Experience dealing and handling hazardous and explosive materials within a controlled environment

Preferred Qualifications:

College courses related to Logistics preferred

Knowledge of 49 CFR Shipping regulations preferred

Forklift experience (including narrow isle and sit-down forklifts)

CostPoint experience

Experience using an ERP System (including Lot and serial numbers)

Experience with shelf-life control materials

Experience shipping regulated materials

This is a standard 4/10 work schedule. Example: Mon-Thursday 10hr days.

Salary Range: $47,000.00 - $78,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
