Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to project manager, superintendent, and foremen.

Professionally answer all incoming calls and take messages for project personnel.

Provide callers with company information such as directions to jobsite locations, company website, employment application, and other related information.

Collect and enter employee time into payroll system.

Perform data input into various software systems.

Schedule and plan meetings for project supervision.

Receive and distribute incoming daily mail.

Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of courier mail and express mail.

Assist in ordering jobsite materials and supplies. This includes in-person meetings with vendors.

Keep jobsite office clean and orderly.

Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Detail oriented.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated.

Efficient time management skills

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments.
