Position Summary

Provide administrative and business support to the Executive Director of Aetna's Large Case Pensions and Long Term Care businesses, and 55 unit colleagues

Manage purchases orders and related procurement activities.

Develop expertise to support managers and colleagues in HR Systems and new colleague onboarding processes.

Execute a variety of assigned business tasks and activities, including online research, data management, with potential to grow into other positions within the business unit.

Required Qualifications

1+ years' experience in a collaborative setting.

Exceptional organization skills

Positive and collaborative approach to work

Excellent communication skills (orally and in writing)

Strong aptitude and experience with technology (particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)

Adept at managing multiple responsibilities concurrently

Conscientious, with keen attention to detail

Ability and commitment to maintain high degree of confidentiality with sensitive data

Preferred Qualifications

Administrative or business experience.

Education

Associates degree or equivalent experience.

Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $44.99

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
