Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting various manufacturing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in CAD software, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Range: $43 per hour

What's the Job?

Process Planning: Design and plan manufacturing processes to optimize production efficiency.

Layout Analysis: Analyze equipment layout, workflow, and assembly methods to enhance productivity.

Resource Determination: Identify necessary parts and tools to meet manufacturing goals based on product specifications.

Efficiency Maximization: Implement strategies to maximize efficiency in manufacturing operations.

Guideline Adherence: Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.

3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Familiarity with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the manufacturing field.

Strong analytical skills.

Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
