Job Description:

What You'll Do

Coordinate activities of staff, convention personnel, or clients to make arrangements for group meetings, events, or conventions.

How You'll Do It

Strategically align with internal business partners to determine objectives and requirements for events, such as meetings, conferences, and conventions.

Review event bills for accuracy and approve payment.

Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, special needs requirements, printing and event security.

Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays, and other event needs.

Provide onsite event management as required.

Manage third party relationships as necessary.

Qualifications You'll Need

The Basic

Bachelors Arts, Social Sciences, Business Administrations and Management, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics and Analytics, or related

4+ years Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing Associate, Project Management, Communications, Business, Event Marketing, Sponsorship Marketing, Hospitality or related

In lieu of education, must have at least 6+ years Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing Associate, Project Management, Communications, Business, Event Marketing, Sponsorship Marketing, Hospitality or related

Primarily remain in a stationary position.

Frequently move about the work environment to complete the major responsibilities of the job.

Must be able to travel 50% nationally and globally

Ability to operate office equipment such as but not limited to computer, telephone, printer, and calculator.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
