Our Manufacturing Technicians play a hands-on role in building the advanced lighting and electronic systems used in aircraft around the world. If you're detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and thrive in a team environment, we'd love to have you on board.
What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll be the bridge between engineering and production - turning ideas into action and solving real-world challenges. Your day will include:
Assisting engineers with line setup, tool development, and process improvements
Troubleshooting production issues and taking the lead on solutions when processes go off track
Supporting quality checks and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards
Applying lean manufacturing principles to help reduce waste and improve efficiency
Performing routine maintenance and calibration on tools and equipment
Assisting with the design and production of fixtures and tooling using CAD and other resources
What You Bring
High school diploma required; Associate degree or technical certification preferred
3+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in a high-tech or aerospace setting
Comfortable with computers; CAD experience a plus
A team-first mindset with the confidence to work independently when needed
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a desire to keep learning

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities but will serve as a coach, mentor and delegate tasks for various production areas within the organization.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
Due to federal contract obligations, you must be a US Person in accordance with ITAR.
Skills
Language Skills
Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, common fractions and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Possess the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands *
While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and or arms to pull handles and push buttons and reach objects. Requirements may also include climbing, balancing, stooping, bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching or crawling. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Compensation
$21.00-30.00/hour
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
An offer of employment is contingent on successfully passing a drug test and background check, and applicants who do not successfully pass both the drug test and background check will not be considered for employment.
