Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Manufacturing Technician, where you will play a vital role in the production process, ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. Responsibilities

Identify differences between good and bad heaters, circuits, and wire wound panels.

Inspect your own work to ensure it meets product requirements and descriptions.

Clean raw materials and finished parts using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.

Prepare pressure-sensitive adhesive applications and the bladder press for PSA.

Tape heaters on boards for potting/conformal coating.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in soldering and crimping.

Ability to use hand tools effectively.

Self-motivated with strong data entry skills.

Mechanically inclined with experience in work orders, assembly, troubleshooting, and using measuring tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Basic math knowledge.

Ability to speak and read English fluently.

Punctuality and reliability in attendance.

Work Environment

You will work from 7am to 3pm on a clean, well-lit, and organized manufacturing floor, ensuring a comfortable and efficient workspace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Lyme, Connecticut.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
