Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Purpose: To administer the TEAM-Bagley Calibration Program according to quality standards. To be a permanent member of the APQP team and to research costs and purchase all inspection tooling and gauging for TEAM-Bagley. Qualify product, monitor the manufacturing process and prevent non-conforming product from being inadvertently sold, installed or shipped.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Ensure a safe work environment for self and others. Follows all safety rules and regulations. Demonstrate commitment to safety program

Repairs and calibrates all items as scheduled

Reviews Machining production schedule to ensure tooling is ready for use

Maintains Calibration data base to include all gauging

Maintains Calibration tooling boxes in good order

Works with Quality, Process engineers, and ME's in developing gages and tooling for new projects

Maintains Inspection/Calibration Equipment as needed

Provides Inspection/Calibration support to all TEAM-Bagley activities (PPAP, GR&R, SPC)

Orders all Inspection/Calibration related tooling and materials and track order status

Performs In-process Inspections and documentation

Assists all TEAM-Bagley employees with inspection related problems

Coordinates Zeiss maintenance support

Demonstrate commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and Objectives

Promote a positive atmosphere. Actively support activities that promote the welfare and morale of TEAM employees

Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

One to two years in a manufacturing environment with a preference for calibration experience.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to vary working hours to meet calibration/inspection requirements

Ability to work with small lettering on prints, intricate tooling, and computer monitors for extended periods

Training:

Reference OJT

Physical Demands

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
