Join us for this incredible opportunity as a Sushi Cook at Grand Hyatt Washington hotel, located in downtown Washington, D.C. This position requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired candidate will have professional cooking experience, knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures, and at least one year of experience as a Sushi Cook is preferred. This person will have a critical role on our restaurant team, and sushi preparation and recipe knowledge is required. This person must have flexibility to work shifts any time between 9am - 11:30pm, any day including weekends and holidays.

The hourly rate for this position is $27.50, increasing to $28.00 after six months.

Qualifications:

At least one year of previous Sushi Cook experience is preferred

Flexible availability between 9am - 11:30pm, any day including weekends and holidays

Good communication and culinary skills

Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment
