Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brookfield, Connecticut. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing customer accounts, issuing warranties, and ensuring accurate data entry. If you excel at multitasking and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Accurately input and update customer account information, ensuring all data is current and reliable.

Process warranty requests and issue warranty documentation to customers in a timely manner.

Review and verify reports to identify necessary updates, such as reactivating, closing, or extending customer accounts.

Communicate effectively with customers through inbound and outbound calls to address inquiries and provide support.

Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools proficiently to manage daily tasks and documentation.

Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and meet service goals.

Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards in all customer interactions. Requirements - Proven experience in a customer service role with a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
