Media Specialist! Are you a visual thinker, natural storyteller, or

bring our mission to life across social media & marketing platforms. If
you love crafting compelling content, building community, & using design
to inspire change - this is your opportunity to make every post, photo,
& campaign count. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in marketing,
communications, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in
social media content creation, management, & strategy preferred
(entry-level candidates welcome) Proven experience developing &
executing successful social media campaigns Graphic design skills using
Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Strong photography skills to capture
engaging, high-quality visuals Excellent writing, editing, &
storytelling abilities Video editing experience required (e.g., InShot,
CapCut) Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply insights to
improve performance Experience supporting fundraising campaigns &
developing promotional materials is a plus Highly motivated & proactive,
with the ability to work independently & collaboratively Familiarity
with Cape Cod communities & audiences is preferred Availability for

your future (up to 5%) Key Responsibilities: Develop & implement
integrated social media strategies to align with agency goals Manage &
maintain social media content calendars across all platforms Create
compelling visual & written content, including graphics, videos, & copy
for campaigns & posts. Collaborate with internal departments to support
program, fundraising, recruitment, & community outreach goals, ensuring
Monitor & engage with online communities to foster positive brand
interaction consistent messaging across all channels. Design promotional
materials for digital & print fundraising campaigns Track, analyze, &
report on key performance indicators to guide content strategies.
Contribute to email marketing efforts, including content creation &
engagement tracking Support event promotion through digital & print
media. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, voice, &
messaging Stay current on marketing trends, platform updates, & creative
