Special Note: This is a Part-time OPS position working 20 hours a week.
Your Specific Responsibilities:
Provide programmatic and administrative assistance to the injury prevention staff. Including but not limited to including copying, filing, typing, scanning, purchasing and other duties as required and assigned. Provide public Health education support Update lists and database management and maintain up to date County/State-wide contact lists of state and local injury prevention partners.
Incumbent will be required to perform the following tasks:
Track correspondence.
Take minutes during meetings and prepare minutes.
Prepare general administrative documents.
Develop reports and correspondences.
Able to work independently and in/with a team.
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Manage event request.
Manage office calendar.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Self-motivated
Computer literate
Creative
Follows written and oral instruction.
Good facilitation, communication, and coordination skills
Proficient in computer use (MS Windows, email, internet), experience with PowerPoint.
Ability to write clear and concise narrative reports.
Must know excel having the ability to create spreadsheets, linkage, and formulas.
Proven administrative skills.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
Three years' office experience
A valid Florida Driver's license
Willing to perform an EXCEL skills evaluation at time of interview. Evaluation will be on creating workbooks, linking spreadsheets and formulas.
Knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and various date sources
Willing to work occasional work on evenings and weekends.
Willing to answer phones and scheduling appointments.
Willing to use your own personal vehicle at times.
Willing and able to lift 50 pounds.
Preferred:
Two-year degree within the field of business management, or 3 years' experience as an administrative assistant.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
