Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for Executive Secretaries and Administrative Assistants in Albany, New York. This role is in the healthcare industry and involves providing support to the Office of Primary Care and Health Systems Management, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services. This job offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the administration of primary care and health systems management

Handle administrative tasks related to emergency medical services

Work in a supportive role to the C-Suite, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication

Participate in the process of requesting for quotations, contributing to the evaluation of cost and technical scores

Utilize system administration skills to maintain and scale out operations as needed

Contribute to the process of determining the best value for services based on cost and technical evaluations

Assist in the administration of medical coverage plans for patients

Maintain an objective scale for ranking individual resumes from 0-5, based on the alignment of proposed candidates with the required and preferred skills

Support the pricing process, ranking costs from lowest to highest price. Requirements - Proficient in managing medical coverage tasks and processes.

Demonstrated expertise in pricing methodologies and strategies.

Proven ability to effectively liaise with C-Suite individuals and manage their administrative needs.

Strong knowledge of system administration, including managing, configuring, and updating systems.

Experience with scale-out processes, demonstrating an ability to manage growth and expansion.

Familiarity with primary care operations and administrative needs.

Skilled in preparing and managing Request For Quotation (RFQ) processes. TalentMatch®
