Job Title: Technician

Job Description

This role involves troubleshooting, programming, and inspecting Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines. Candidates may also be required to perform soldering on Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) while utilizing a microscope.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and program SMT machines.

Conduct inspections related to SMT machines.

Perform soldering on PCB using a microscope.

Utilize Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) techniques.

Ensure quality and functionality of circuit boards and PCBA.

Essential Skills

Experience with SMT machines, specifically Samsung or Hanwha.

Proficiency in Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) operating and programming.

Ability to perform SMT and through-hole soldering, rework, or repair.

Familiarity with IPC-610 standards.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with microscope assembly and soldering PCB.

Knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) programming.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $40.00/hr.
