We're looking for General Laborers to support our operations in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. What You'll Be Doing

Use a tablet to identify and report structural issues.

Move boxes and materials within the facility.

Perform cleaning and general labor tasks.

Work in confined spaces and at heights-no two days are the same!

Navigate stairs, tight areas, and physically demanding environments.

What We're Looking For

Experience with manual labor or physically demanding roles.

Comfortable lifting 30-40 lbs regularly.

Not afraid of heights or small spaces.

Mechanically inclined-experience with tools, repairs, or assembly is a big plus.

Strong communication skills to report issues to engineers and managers.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Nice to Have)

Familiarity with power tools, wrenches, and hand tools.

Construction, production, solar, or mechanical assembly experience

Shift Options

Choose the schedule that fits your life:

Front Half Nights: Sunday-Wednesday, 5 PM-5 AM (rotating Wednesdays)

Back Half Nights: Wednesday-Saturday, 5 PM-5 AM (rotating Wednesdays)

Back Half Days: Wednesday-Saturday, 5 AM- 5 PM (rotating Wednesdays)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
