The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Information Technology Project Management Specialist to join the Specialized United States Infrastructure Operations Organization in Berkeley, MO .

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Tech Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects from inception to completion. As an Information Tech Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving project initiatives that align with our organizational goals. Your expertise in project planning, risk management, and resource allocation will be essential in navigating the complexities of our projects and delivering exceptional results.

Position Responsibilities:
Schedules important deadlines to ensure project is kept on track
Develops and manages multiple, complex information technology (IT) project plans and deliverables
Provides input to determine complex project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle
Negotiates changes to project baselines
Conducts design reviews
Manages the incorporation of quality management systems for IT projects
Monitors project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards
Identifies and negotiates for necessary resources to meet project goals
Develops and executes project communication plans
Leads activities to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience with Information Technology Program or Project Management
5+ years of experience utilizing scheduling systems and tools to create and maintain production schedules
5+ years of experience with JIRA
5+ years of experience leading and working in a cross functional and complex global environment, building relationships among a team through open dialogue, trust, accountability and empowerment and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience IT governance frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
Experience in the aerospace or defense industry
Experience with Agile methodologies and practices
Experience in Technology Governance
Experience with third party service providers

Summary pay range: $117,300 - $158,700
