The Opportunity:

We\'re seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team in Dallas as Fundraising & Development Associates. This is an exceptional opportunity to start your career at the entry-level and rapidly advance into a management role within 11-12 months, with a clear pathway to upper management!

What You\'ll Do:

Represent leading global non-profit organizations at engaging

fundraising events alongside major retail partners.

Educate and inspire potential donors to support vital causes through

recurring monthly donations.

Build meaningful relationships with community members and create a

positive impact.

Participate in daily team meetings, training workshops, and

professional development sessions.

Quickly learn and master fundraising techniques, sales strategies,

and leadership skills.

Develop into a team leader, managing and mentoring a team of

fundraising associates.

Demonstrate your leadership potential and progress toward senior

management roles.
