Location: Windsor, CT 06095

Pay & Schedule:

2nd Shift: $21.40/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Eligible for a raise after 90 days

What You'll Do:

As an Electrical Assembler, you'll play a key role in building and wiring equipment to exact specifications.

Assembly & Wiring: Construct and wire electrical components using hand tools, power tools, crimpers, and soldering irons.

Soldering & Splicing: Connect and secure electrical components with precision in a production or workshop setting.

Blueprint Reading: Accurately interpret schematics, drawings, and technical sketches.

Organization & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe work area and complete production logs.

Teamwork: Collaborate with a skilled technical team to ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications:

This position is a strong fit if you:

Have experience assembling industrial electrical components, wiring instruments, performing crimping and soldering, or building wire harnesses.

Can safely and effectively operate hand tools, measuring devices, and soldering equipment.

Are comfortable working in tight spaces, climbing ladders with up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Have at least 1 year of relevant experience (or a willingness to learn and a great attitude).

Are confident using measuring tools and interpreting technical drawings.

Are familiar with tablets, computers, and digital tools used in modern assembly work.

Education & Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Technical training in electronics, soldering, or electrical assembly is a plus
