Job Summary:
Maintain, install, test and repair all equipment to include engine
skids, liquid rings, electric drives, meter houses,
instruments, replace solar batteries, controllers, analyzers,
computers, SCADA systems, PLCs, wiring and measurement equipment.
Job Duties:
Performs and maintains documentation of regulatory gas meter testing,
calibration and gas sampling.
Maintain data for communications systems used for SCADA, and PLCs used
in process control or data generation.
Calibrates various transmitters and transducers used in process control or
monitoring.
Operates and maintains SCADA software applications.
Perform water bucket testing and ensure accurate entry into SCADA.
AVO (Audio visual olfactory) Monitor detection of oil, water or gas
leaks, broken seals on any valves, and proper operations of heaters,
separators, wellhead equipment, test bradenhead and complete all AVO data into
Will maintain a clean wellsite lease, free of any trash debris,
leaks, staining and unused equipment
Shall be compliant with ECMC, OSHA, and CDPHE regulations.
Recognizes when well production is declining on well visited. Collect and
analyzes data, resets malfunctions on automated wells. Able to clear
shutdowns and reset malfunctions.
Will be available 24/7 for scheduled on call.
Performs complex maintenance and repairs.
Maintains all employee related paperwork, including time sheets, daily
logs, etc
Always Follows and supports all Evergreens HSE policies.
Always knows and uses appropriate PPE.
Drives Company vehicles over various @types of road conditions and
terrain, including highways, rural roads including paved and gravel
surfaces, and off-road situations.
Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
High School education or equivalent.
Experience within oil & gas field, or related experience.
Ability to understand complex technical training.
Basic computer skills required with a familiarity of the MS Office suite
of products.
Physical Conditions / Work Environment:
Able to stand, sit, bend or climb for long periods of time.
Able to deal with wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat/cold.
Work environment may include moving mechanical parts, fumes, toxic
chemicals, airborne particles and moderate to loud noise, requiring
consistent use of appropriate PPE.
Able to lift move up to 50 lbs., on a regular basis, and occasionally
lift/move up to 100 lbs.
Willing to be on call.
Wage
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience
Position is non-exempt
Position is Full Time, 40 hours a week with possible overtime.
