HOW A UNIFIED COMMUNICATION ENGINEER JR. WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Manage and support the Microsoft Domain environment for Legacy and EVoIP, ensuring its functionality, security, and overall performance.

Oversee and maintain Call Recording systems, ensuring they are properly configured and operational.

Create and manage O&M accounts, troubleshooting and resolving related issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.

RELATED TECHINICAL SKILLS: Microsoft Domain, Windows Adm (DNS, IIS, DHCP, GPM etc.), VCenter and VMware, Calabrio, Operation Manager (OpMgr)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED :

EDUCATION : Bachelors and a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Substitutions Allowed: Certificate of Training-2 years of undergraduate work; No Degree- 4 years of related experience

CLEARANCE:

Top Secret (TS) level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)

LOCATION: 75% Travel

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $73,185.00 - $99,015.00. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

GDIT typically provides new employees with 15 days of paid leave per calendar year to be used for vacations, personal business, and illness and an additional 10 paid holidays per year. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee's date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
