What You'll Do:
Be the trusted advisor. Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients in your region, from onboarding through ongoing optimization.
Turn numbers into narratives. Analyze customer data, performance, and platform usage to uncover opportunities, present findings, and develop impactful solutions.
Drive results. Work hands-on in property systems to implement strategic changes that enhance revenue and performance.
Influence with insight. Collaborate with management companies to align strategies from the top down-bringing clarity and action to every touchpoint.
Own the journey. Manage day-to-day client needs while staying focused on long-term success and engagement.

What You Bring:
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Hospitality Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field
1-4 years of professional experience in hotel operations (front office, revenue, or rooms)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office-especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, aggregation/analysis)
Familiarity with hotel systems such as PMS, RMS, and CRS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
Experience with Opera or other major Hotel PMS
Exposure to CRM tools
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from $21.15 to $42.88 per hour; from: $44,000 to $89,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
