We are currently seeking a driven Sales Territory Representative to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone located within commuting distance of our Carrollton office who is also comfortable traveling 2--3 days per week. You'll have the freedom to build strong relationships with customers, manage your own schedule, and make a significant impact---all while being supported by a dedicated team and backed by a company that values its employees.
What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in your assigned territory (eastern U.S.).
Spend 2--3 days per week on the road conducting face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
Work from our Carrollton, OH office the remaining days, collaborating with internal teams and managing your sales pipeline.
Track sales performance, generate reports, and identify areas for growth and improvement.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
Negotiate pricing and service agreements to close deals effectively.
Stay current on industry trends and market demands to better serve customer needs.
Use CRM systems to manage contacts, opportunities, and follow-ups.
Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
What You'll Need:
Proven sales experience, ideally in trucking, manufacturing, or automotive industries.
Strong understanding of truck body specifications, customization, and equipment.
Experience working with fleet managers, contractors, or truck dealers is a plus.
Ability to interpret technical documents such as CAD drawings and specifications.
Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM platforms.
Strong problem-solving abilities and high personal integrity.
