Warehouse Manager - Franklin, MA
Salary: $90,000-$125,000/year (Exempt, Salaried)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM

About the Organization
We are a fast-growing cooperative focused on buying, warehousing, and distributing home appliances to over 130 independent retailers operating more than 200 storefronts throughout New England. Our mission is simple: to empower our members by providing the tools, logistics, and support they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all daily warehouse operations, including staff supervision and facility oversight
Open and close the facility each day; manage scheduling and inbound freight coordination
Work closely with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely outbound shipments
Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and maintain clear inventory records
Ensure all warehouse procedures comply with OSHA safety standards
Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse employees
Approve timecards, manage attendance, and submit weekly reports to payroll
Maintain equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Handle after-hours inventory tasks and special warehouse projects as needed
Identify operational improvements to boost efficiency and reduce overtime
Prepare and manage documentation for receiving and shipping processes
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience managing warehouse or distribution center operations
Proven ability to supervise staff, manage inventory, and enforce safety protocols
Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
Comfortable with hands-on work, including lifting up to 15 pounds and operating power equipment
Team-oriented attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
