We're hiring a Warehouse Associate for a premier Pharmaceutical Warehouse in the Boothwyn, Pa area.

7:00AM - 4:00PM@ $20.00-22.00 Monday-Friday

Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by managing the unloading, unpacking, and verification of incoming materials. You will record shipment and receipt data in our ERP system, deliver materials to various departments using material handling equipment, and handle the receipt of GMP materials, controlled substances, and urgent shipments. Your responsibilities will also include replenishing central inventory, inspecting warehouse equipment, participating in cyclical audits, and shipping materials in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Unload, unpack, and verify specifications of incoming materials.

Record shipment and receipt data in ERP computer system.

Route materials to different departments using material handling equipment.

Handle receipts of GMP materials, chemicals, and urgent shipments.

Replenish central inventory and input requirements in ERP system.

Inspect physical condition of warehouse and equipment.

Operate forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment.

Participate in cyclical audits of central inventory items.

Pick up and deliver intercompany mail.

Stage material for manufacturing.

Ship GMP and Non-GMP materials.

Comply with all state and federal regulations and guidelines including FDA, EPA, DOT, OSHA, and DEA.

Skills

1-2 years of material handling experience.

Experience with GMP/MRP systems (SAP).

Forklift experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pharmaceutical or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment is characterized by a high concentration of tasks, strict deadlines, and the need to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. You will be working in a hazardous environment that requires adherence to safety procedures, sometimes outside normal working hours. The role involves frequent standing, walking, and handling materials, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Steel toe shoes are required, and the ability to work around latex, chemicals, compounds, and dust is necessary.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boothwyn, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
