Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Rockford, Illinois. In this long-term contract role, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks that support key operational functions. Responsibilities:

Manage administrative tasks related to buying, selling, and maintaining records for vehicle operations.

Oversee the organization and storage of vehicle titles and ensure timely plate renewals.

Analyze and prepare fuel reports using the fuel card platform to support operational efficiency.

Maintain and update credit card coding systems with accurate vehicle identification numbers (VINs).

Coordinate and monitor expenses related to vehicle leases and insurance, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Provide ideas and assistance in tracking and analyzing vehicle repairs and expenses.

Handle fuel cards and toll passes, ensuring proper distribution and usage.

Answer inbound calls and manage email correspondence with professionalism.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure smooth workflow.

Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to complete various administrative tasks. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including handling inbound and outbound calls.

Experience with data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.

Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for operational improvements.

Dependable, responsible, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with managing vehicle-related documentation, such as titles, plate renewals, and fuel cards, is preferred. TalentMatch®
