As an Administrative Assistant, you will:

Greet and proactively communicate via email and phone with prospective and enrolled families.

Ensure licensing, attendance, and other files are current, confidential, and secure.

Provide support where needed throughout the center.

Must be able to work from 2pm-6pm Monday through Friday

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $16.45 - $20.45 per hour. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
