PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop marketing communications plan(s), including community priorities, advertising support needs, and message/offer strategy.
Contribute projected investments on a community/channel level and adhere to Division's budget(s).
With support of Director of Marketing and corporate media planning resources, execute media plan.
Assess return on marketing investment using available tracking tools.
Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports for use by Division, Area and Home Office leadership.
Manage monthly social media brand campaigns and posts.
Create and distribute email marketing strategy by community
Collaborate on an on-going basis with Division leaders on status of marketing communications plan, results attainment, & calls-to-action.
Lead the process for new community set-ups to ensure that the Division hits critical milestones, including target opening dates.
Collaborate with Division leadership to address business issues, identifying and assessing risks and marketing opportunities.
Ability to think deeply, develop a point of view on complex marketing issues and influence Division leadership on course of action
Act as liaison with the Online Sales Consultants for inbound lead handling & connection with Sales. Provide copy for their outbound emails and update them with marketing communication plan as needed.
Collaborate with corporate communications team on local PR needs.
Identify key competitors and stay abreast of local marketing activity.
Ability to successfully operate and adapt in an environment with changes to timeline and priorities
Capable of confidently presenting and interacting with the Divisions/Area leadership and the ability to talk off script when answering marketing questions

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications or Equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Minimum 4-6 years related Marketing communications/planning experience.
Home building and/or real estate industry experience required
Understanding of advertising law and its application to the homebuilding industry
Grasp the use of required PulteGroup marketing systems including Canva, Microsoft Dynamics, MM365, PicturePark & CMS.
Ability to shift between strategic initiatives and tactical responsibilities.
Understanding of and demonstrated skill at aligning marketing mix with key messages.
Experience establishing and managing to a budget
Effective problem solving, data collection and analysis skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Team oriented with ability to establish credibility
PAY INFORMATION
SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $115,000 annually depending upon experience.
This position is also eligible for an annual bonus incentive based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF BENEFITS

In addition to up to 9 paid company holidays per year, employees with less than 10 years of service are eligible for up to 23 paid days off and employees with 10 or more years of service are eligible for up to 28 paid days off. Note that all Sales Consultants, except those in CA, are not eligible for paid time off, but receive the equivalent days in unpaid time off and 8 paid sales holidays. Employees should consult with their local Human Resources Representative to discuss the composition of their available time off, which may differ based on work location and paid sick time eligibility.
