Job Title: Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

6+ months of office experience in roles such as receptionist, customer service, or administrative assistant.

Bachelor's Degree or higher education preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Customer service skills.

Data entry skills.

Work Environment

The office hours are from Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.

Job Description

This position entails editing and formatting various documents such as letters, reports, protocols, spreadsheets, data tables, and PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, it involves scanning documents to produce final electronic versions and creating final documents using electronic letterhead, report covers, and signatures in Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

Edit and format documents including letters, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Scan documents to produce electronic versions and create final documents with Adobe Acrobat.

Paginate and print testing and CEMS reports using Adobe Acrobat.

Manage projectors and cameras, ensuring camera batteries are charged.

Answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate person.

Screen sales and junk calls.

Greet clients and visitors warmly, making them feel welcome.

Sort and distribute mail.

Handle deliveries at the front desk.

Forward faxes to the appropriate recipient.

Order, set up, and clean up for luncheon and breakfast meetings.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
