We specialize in fast-track, high-performance construction for both public and private clients, with a continued emphasis on serving the Department of Defense. Our field operations teams are deployed directly to project sites, ensuring hands-on leadership and quality execution at every stage.

Our dynamic Design team includes licensed Architects, licensed Engineers, and VDC specialists. We utilize the highest levels of design and 3D technologies for production and construction including Revit and Navisworks. We are looking for broad-thinking individuals to be part of a uniquely dynamic culture of innovation and collaboration that encompasses all aspects of design/build. We are seeking a Design Group Technologist to join our growing Design team in Carlsbad, CA. This position is responsible for managing design group technology systems, process improvement initiatives and maintaining accurate technical documentation across the group. This individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining the Group's BIM Execution Plan (BEP), IT asset tracking database, developing and maintain groupwide processes and procedures, and establishing a database that supports the commercial activities for all departments.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

A bachelor's degree is the minimum formal education required for this position.

Three (3) or more years in design and construction industry required.

Experience with working in a design-build firm is highly preferred.

Experience with BIM processes and standards is preferred.

Experience with specification writing and technical documentation is a plus.
