Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for a Medical Assistant for our client in Rutherford, NJ ! This role is onsite / in person.

Type: 3+ month contract, with potential for extension or a full time offer

Pay: $22 to 24 /hr

Schedule: Availability to work any day of the week within the hours of 7 am to 8 pm

Location: Onsite in Rutherford, NJ 07070

Responsibilities of the Medical Assistant:

Prepares the patient for the Medical Provider's examination by obtaining vital signs and patient history

Prepares and maintains the examination and treatment areas

Prepares the patient for and assisting with procedures and treatments

Administers vaccines and other injections where applicable

Cooperates with other employees to achieve specific team goals

Qualifications for the Medical Assistant:

High school diploma or equivalent

MA Certification

Related experience

Basic computer and word-processing skills

BLS Certification
