Job Description:
As a Finance Business Partner within Sage's North America Commercial Finance team, you'll support two verticals within Sage Intacct - our strongest-performing product and a key strategic priority at Sage. In this role, you'll be responsible for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, delivering high-quality financial insight to support strategic decisions and financial targets. By building strong commercial relationships with stakeholders across Go-To-Market (Sales & Marketing) and Product, you'll influence performance, support growth initiatives, and bring financial clarity to complex decisions.

Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week from our Lawrenceville office OR option to work 2 days from Lawrenceville office and 1 day from our Atlanta Ponce City Market office.

Be a trusted, respected, and influential business partner by building strong relationships with leaders in Go-To-Market (Sales & Marketing) and Product.
Maintain robust financial controls and discipline across the business unit, working with the wider Finance function to ensure accurate reporting.
Play an active role in producing forecasts and budgets for two Sage Intacct vertical groups/business units, contributing to strategic discussions and leading on financial topics.
Proactively provide high-quality financial analysis and insight to support commercial decision-making.
Continually challenge business leaders to manage their cost base and optimize resource allocation.
Ensure strong financial support for investment decisions by building and reviewing robust business cases.
Contribute to driving innovation within the Finance team by helping simplify, automate, and improve processes.
Qualifications:
5 years proven experience in finance business partnering or a commercial finance role.
Advanced Excel skills, including building complex financial models and working with large data sets.
Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders and act as a credible strategic partner-able to influence.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insight for senior business leaders.
Strong critical thinking skills with a willingness to dig into ambiguity, solve problems, and bring clarity to complex issues.
A proactive mindset with high attention to detail.
