Key Responsibilities

As the Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and preparing correspondence.

Member Services: Act as the first point of contact for member inquiries, ensuring superior customer service through clear and professional communication.

Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of special events, meetings, and activities, including preparing materials and coordinating with vendors.

Record Keeping: Maintain and update member records, club documents, and other administrative files to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Office Management: Monitor office supplies, order replacements as needed, and assist in maintaining a professional, organized front office environment.

Financial Assistance: Handle invoices, expense reports, and other basic bookkeeping duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative role within hospitality is required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new technologies or systems.

Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with club members, management, and other staff.
