Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Summer Intern to support our Marketing and Internal Communications initiatives. This 12-week paid internship offers a unique blend of project-based work and professional development across marketing, business development, sales operations, internal communications, and broader business operations. The role is primarily remote, with opportunities for in-person collaboration and site visits.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with high impact marketing initiatives, including content development and campaign support.

Support internal communications strategies by helping to craft, organize, and distribute messaging related to marketing activity to employees across multiple channels.

Complete assigned projects and deliverables that contribute to team and company objectives.

Participate in structured learning experiences, including online training, curated reading/video/podcast assignments, and informational interviews with key vendors and internal stakeholders.

Gain exposure to functions such as business development, sales operations, communications, and product management.

Visit the company site(s) and attend at least one industry or professional networking event (travel expenses covered) for additional learning opportunities, networking, facility tours, and face-to-face collaboration.

Learning and Development:

Receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced marketing and communications professionals.

Develop a strong portfolio of project work and professional experiences to support future career growth.

Build a cross-functional understanding of business operations and strategic communications within a corporate environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, take initiative, and work independently in a remote setting.

Interest in both external marketing efforts and internal employee engagement strategies.

Willingness and ability to travel for occasional on-site activities during the internship period.
