Job Description:
USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies.
SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

Our work depends on a SCITLS SharePoint/Power BI Senior Manager joining our team to serve as the primary relationship manager for administration and development of our SharePoint and Power BI resources that support USSTRATCOM. The SCITLS SharePoint/Power BI Senior Manager will be an essential lynchpin in ensuring the effective operation of vital systems and leading the success of the SCITLS mission.
HOW A SCITLS SHAREPOINT/POWER BI SENIOR MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Manages SharePoint and Power BI and acts as primary relationship manager.
Streamlines content creation, organization, and retention
Manages compliance, ensuring that all activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, such as data protection and privacy laws
Creates and/or deletes sites or site collections and sets factors like storage quota and time zone
Schedules version updates and upgrades, and maintains records of updates, maintenance, and activity
Manages permissions for users, lists, folders, and files
Collaborates with business users to gather feedback, understand their data needs, and ensure the Power BI and/or SharePoint solution aligns with their requirements
Stays current with the latest Power BI and/or SharePoint features, functionalities, and best practices to leverage new capabilities
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (or equivalent experience)
Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience with Microsoft SharePoint Administration and Microsoft Power BI Development
Required Technical Skills:
Ability to create and administer Microsoft SharePoint sites
Ability to create and modify Microsoft Power BI reports
Required Certification 1 (Must possess or be able to obtain within 9 months of start): ITIL® 4: IT Service Management (ITSM) Certification
Required Certification 2 (Must possess or be able to obtain within 30 days of start one of the following):
CompTia Cloud+ -or- GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)
-or- GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
-or- ISC2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
Security Clearance Level: Must possess active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Required Skills and Abilities:

Preferred Certifications (at least one of the below):
ITIL 4 Foundations

The likely salary range for this position is $144,500 - $195,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
