Job Title: Administrative AssistantLocation: onsite in NYC Assignment: 6 month contractSchedule: Mon - Fri 7am - 3:30 pm onsiteJob Description:Paper backlog entries and completionsResearch WRs ( incorrect addresses, outdoor sets, AKAs, etc..)Update assets in GC for outdoor setsGenerate new WRs, as neededComplete procedure reporting to close out inspectionsNGD paperwork processingContract item entriesbilling, approvals, and paymentsLocal appointments coordinated through local field forces/ research customer contact informationCreations of paper folders and job packets, when needed by District / ERF/ Level 4 daily surveillance, etc.Back office research involving WR #'s, account numbers, etc.Required Skills :Must have experience with Microsoft Office Applications.Must display great Customer Service skills both verbally and written.Must be computer savvyWe are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, color sex, national origin, citizenship status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, uniform service member status, genetic information, disability, or any other protected status, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
