Job Description

The Operations Administrative Assistant serves as a key resource, providing administrative support to multiple operations front line supervisors. This role is based at operational facilities, focusing on maintenance and people management activities.

Responsibilities

Enter work order information into SAP and manage emergency work order entries.

Oversee the maintenance work order lifecycle and coordinate ordered parts for maintenance activities.

Organize maintenance work assignments and submit changes to update job plans.

Document and enter safety documents and standard operating procedures.

Support Kronos auditing and attendance management by identifying and correcting missing punches, notifying supervisors of attendance issues, and entering vacation/leave time.

Manage non-confidential employee records in Workday, including union dues, orientation, training records, qualifications, and seniority.

Handle job requisition management and job change/transfer entries in Workday.

Enter and modify schedules and work rules in Kronos.

Manage service awards by validating eligibility and distributing awards.

Support new hire onboarding for IT, personal protective equipment, and orientation.

Complete and manage access, IT, and cell phone requests.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of administrative experience.

Knowledge of maintenance and planning work.

Experience in an industrial environment.

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, Kronos, and Workday.

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, typically from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM. The initial contract duration is 6 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent placement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.14 - $24.14/hr.
