Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Medfield, Massachusetts. This role focuses on trust and estate administration, probate, and client service, ensuring that clients' assets are preserved and their objectives are met. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with trust and estate administration, including preparation of legal documents and accountings.

Manage probate cases from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Collaborate with attorneys and service providers to maintain positive client and beneficiary relationships.

Provide guidance to less experienced paralegals or legal assistants as needed, ensuring high-quality work standards.

Conduct research on estate planning and probate law to support client needs and case strategies.

Prepare and file court documents related to probate and estate administration.

Maintain and organize client files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in documentation.

Communicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and provide updates.

Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and filings.

Stay updated on changes in estate planning and probate laws to ensure compliance and best practices. Requirements - Proven experience in probate and estate administration.

Strong knowledge of probate law, estate planning, and estate law.

Proficiency in preparing legal documents and managing court filings.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, clients, and other team members.

Familiarity with legal research tools and resources.

Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred.
