Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: St. Louis, MO

What's the Job?

Manufacture products according to established protocols and perform operations in support of the group, department, and company.

Operate processing equipment, ensuring operations are consistent with current operating procedures.

Perform routine analytical tests to ensure processes are in control and report any deviations to the supervisor.

Communicate and document the status of processes, products, and equipment accurately.

Participate in process improvements and maintain good housekeeping in laboratory and working areas.

What's Needed?

Minimum education of a high school diploma; an associate's degree in Chemistry is preferred.

Willingness to learn SAP; prior experience is a plus.

Ability to operate processing equipment and perform production operations safely.

Strong communication skills to document and report on production operations.

Commitment to following safety policies and maintaining a clean working environment.
